Jerks should have been using the >>BICYCLE LANE<< Speed limit does say 60 mph, if they can’t keep up then that’s what happens.
there isnt 60 mph, speed limit is in km, that was here in matamoros mexico , 1 cyclist died :S and 14 injured
this photo is tragic. it was a bike race and the guy in the car was driving under the influence, drugs if i recall, and drove onto the closed section of the road where the race was going.
