I dont understand why this is fail?

Well nobody expects you to get it because you more then likely don’t have good grammar the “your” is wrong it should be “you’re next” but that then would mean he would have to put a letter on his thumb and ruin the tattoo, therefore it is a fail.

maybe he mean “you r next” = you are next
in the age of internet this is not a failure…
